After graduating from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, she earned her Real Estate license alongside her mother, Kathy. Growing up as the daughter of a residential home builder, she has been groomed from an early age to understand the building process and the fundamental construction of

a home. This experience has afforded her the ability to best advise and guide her clients to make educated decisions throughout their real estate transactions; from consultation before listing a home for sale, through the showing of a home before a decision to purchase. She strives to be most accessible and approachable to answer any question, no matter how big or small. Brittney has a strong pulse on the ever changing market conditions, current inventory and sales, technological trends, and negotiation strategies to position her clients for success in achieving their real estate goals. Kathy is a life-long resident of Bucks County. She has been married to her husband, Jim, for over 30 years and together have raised four children. While raising her kids she had become deeply involved in many school organizations and local athletic groups over the years. Kathy officially earned her Real Estate license in 2008 with her daughter, Brittney. Before attaining her license, Kathy and her husband built and sold over 30 custom homes throughout the Bucks County area. She is extremely knowledgeable on the construction process and is experienced in her field. With a deep rooted background in customer service, her client’s concerns and needs are of utmost importance to her. Her optimistic, congenial demeanor allows her client’s and coworkers to easily communicate their thoughts and together work to satisfy their objectives.
