Balanced by large areas of glass, volume spaces and deep extended overhanging roof planes, the horizontal design concept brings a Prairie style feel to this 6,402 SF contemporary home.

Interior design elements include double-height coffered ceilings, a grid fireplace accent and a contemporary cable-rail bridge accessed by a floating stair with center stringer. A spacious three-season room with see through fireplace is enclosed with a state-of-the art glass wall system, enabling customization of indoor/outdoor environment.

This home has many thoughtful extras including separate garage equipped with a vehicle storage lift, multimedia room, artist’s balcony, fitness room and a safe room with secure access and reinforced construction. With floor-to-ceiling windows and arched and curved architectural elements throughout, the stunning river views flow seamlessly through the open concept layout. Located in the heart of Upper Makefield Township, this five-bedroom traditional farmhouse is nestled among wooded hillsides. The design takes full advantage of this setting and allows for year-round enjoyment of the natural beauty surrounding the home. The gorgeous great room is full of windows and leads to a spacious covered patio with a fireplace, for outdoor dining and entertainment.
