5 things I truly don’t care about as your Realtor. 🏡
1. Your Budget. Everyone deserves a home they love and a Realtor who advocates for them, regardless of the price tag. Whether you’re looking for a starter home or your dream escape, I’m happy to help.
2. The “Billion Questions.” Please, ask them! This is likely the biggest investment of your life. I’d much rather spend an hour on the phone explaining a contract than have you feel uncertain for even a second. There are no “stupid” questions in real estate.
2. If your home looks like Pinterest. If I’m coming over to see your place, please don’t feel like you need to stage it for a magazine. I work in reality, not perfections. Laundry on the couch? Kids toys on the floor? It’s a home, and I’ve seen it all. I’m looking at the potential, not the clutter.
3. Your Timeline. You owe me no sense of urgency. If you want to buy a house this weekend, let’s go. If you’re just starting to look and won’t be ready for two years, that’s fine too.
5. Your “Why.” Life is complicated. Whether you’re moving for a happy reason or a difficult one, I’m not here to judge. I’m here to make this process easier for you, not more stressful
