Culture is hard to build and even harder to maintain, but this community has mastered it.
Grateful for the chance to spend the (cold🄶) weekend in Orlando at the quarterly mastermind retreat. A huge thank you to , , and the entire group for being so gracious with their time and wisdom and mentorship.
It’s rare to find a group of people, many of whom have portfolios that are multiple 9-figures in value, who are just as willing to share their failures as they are their successes. Five months ago today, this picture was taken at a commercial real estate conference in Las Vegas that Adam dragged me to - reluctantly.

I had zero interest in CRE at the time (I know now it’s because I didn’t understand it). It’s a terrible photo of us staring into the sun, but it marked a real turning point. Mid way thru day 3 we both realized the way we invested in real estate (and life, really) was about to change.

We didn’t have a logo, a model, or even a name yet — just the idea that we could take everything we knew about residential investing, numbers, risk, and relationships, and apply it to commercial.

Since then, we’ve built proprietary analysis algorithms and acquisition modeling AI agents, reviewed hundreds of properties, made 9 offers, connected with mentors managing billions in assets - and (most importantly) realized how much we didn’t know when we started.

That’s kind of the point though. It’s not about pretending to be experts -it’s about becoming better operators, one deal at a time.

Real estate is pivoting and changing fast—and so am I. More on that in a moment.

What hasn’t changed is my commitment to helping families have a great experience buying and selling.

In March alone, I helped 5 amazing families close on the purchase or sales their homes - yes, people are still buying and selling homes in the greater Salt Lake area.

I’m grateful to do what I do. It’s changed my life because of the relationships I’ve been fortunate enough to form through it. And it’s all about their wins, not mine, it always has been - it’s why you don’t see a lot of photos at the closing tables on my timeline - each of my clients is unique and celebrates the occasion in their own way and I 100% respect that.

Now, about that change—I’m excited to announce I’ve been rebranding to House Money Real Estate and moving away from Rychen Famous Real Estate. It’s served me well for the last 7 years but it’s time to move on from it.

Why? Because I believe the future of real estate is about delivering an even higher level of consistent value.

With AI and tech, clients expect more than just a transaction. They want and deserve (and are going to demand) real education and support and they want it on their terms on their time schedule.

That’s why I’m all in on projects that empower my clients and community.

I’ve been dropping new episodes of the House Money Podcast twice weekly on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. My YouTube channel is growing with SLC tips.

I’m also releasing real estate courses for kids, teens, and young adults in video and e-book formats this year and early next year. Plus a video series for new agents learning the business.

More projects are in the works too. Stay tuned for what’s next.

My commitment to my clients remains the same—helping you and those you know buy or sell along the Wasatch Front with confidence.
