Honored to be named to the 2026 Real Trends Verified Rankings of Top Real Estate Professionals in America.

But honestly? This one belongs to you.

Every referral, every conversation, every time you’ve trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of your life, that’s what this reflects. I don’t take that lightly.

Ten years in, and I’m still the most motivated I’ve ever been to show up better for the people in my corner. Thank you for being the reason why. 🤍

I don’t think real estate works very well when people feel pressured, rushed, or treated like a transaction.

The relationships are the part that actually matters to me.

The conversations before someone is ready. The trust people place in me during big decisions. The fact that clients come back years later or send their friends and family my way.

That kind of business takes longer to build, but it’s also the only way I’ve ever wanted to do this.

For this month’s book giveaway, I’m sharing Atomic Habits by James Clear.

Honestly, I’m a little obsessed with this book. It’s one I’ve reread several times, and every time I come back to it, something new clicks.

I think it’s especially good for people who don’t love traditional goal-setting but still want to make meaningful changes in their lives. It’s practical, eye-opening, and actually easy to apply.

I’ll be giving away one copy. Just comment “book” below to enter for your chance to win!

A lot of people assume the goal is always to buy more real estate as quickly as possible.

Sometimes it is. Sometimes it’s not.

The right decision depends on your finances, your lifestyle, your long-term goals, and, honestly, how much responsibility you actually want to take on right now.

I care a lot more about helping people make smart, sustainable decisions than pushing them toward another transaction. The best outcomes usually come from having honest conversations first.

I think the right home usually feels less overwhelming than people expect.

Not perfect. Just clear.

A lot of buying decisions become easier when you stop looking for a flawless house and start paying attention to how a place actually fits your life.

If you’ve been thinking about making a move, I’m always happy to walk through what that could look like.

I had the best time seeing you guys! I can’t believe I’ve had opportunity to meet so many amazing people who have become friends, over the last 10 years! Thank you for all the support, referrals, and memories shared. Hope to see you next year!

Getting a home under contract is a big milestone, but it’s definitely not the finish line.

A lot happens between that point and closing day, and most of it is the part people never really see. Conversations, timelines, inspections, negotiations, and making sure every moving piece stays on track.

It’s also the point where having someone managing the details and looking ahead really matters.

A smooth closing usually comes from everything being handled well long before the keys are handed over.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that a price reduction is the worst thing that can happen to a listing.

Usually, it’s actually the opposite.

When a home sits too long, buyers start making assumptions. Interest slows down, momentum fades, and the leverage sellers had in the beginning starts to disappear.

A strategic adjustment early on is often much stronger than trying to chase the market later.

This is why how a home enters the market matters so much in the first place.

A lot of buyers right now aren’t necessarily rushing to make a move. They’re paying attention.

Watching neighborhoods, tracking inventory, seeing what homes are actually selling for, and trying to understand where the market is headed before jumping in.

Honestly, that’s not a bad approach.

Some of the best decisions happen when you’ve taken the time to really understand the market before you’re forced to move quickly in it.

Especially in Salt Lake, where things can shift neighborhood by neighborhood pretty fast.

If you’ve been quietly watching the market too, I’m always happy to talk through what you’re seeing and what might make sense for you!

It’s easy to think this job is about houses.

But most of the time, it’s about everything happening around the decision.

There’s usually more going on than just buying or selling. It’s timing, priorities, life changes, and figuring out what actually makes sense moving forward.

Being able to guide people through that part of it is what I value most.

That’s the part that stays with you.
