Wasatch Front Market update for June 2022 - Sales prices have eased in the month of June. The median sales price in June 2022 was $530,000, down -2.75% from $545,000 from the previous month.

The overall Wasatch Front forecast for 2022 remains very healthy and for 2023 a 23.7% combined growth in sales and prices with expected sales to rise 15.2%, and prices to increase by 8.5% - Realtor.com
