So grateful for our incredible board staff who consistently raise the bar. Every detail was thoughtul, full of intention, and always adding value to each of us in this industry!

My favorite part of every event is always…my people. 🤍 I genuinely love the light each of those pictured and not bring into my life. So dang grateful for this Realtor family I’ve gained over the years man.

Pulled up to the VIP Realtor event at Firefly fully planning to make a quick appearance…and Irish goodbye my way out. 😏✌🏻

Plot twist…

I stayed for the whole experience, and I’m so glad I did! 🖤🙏🏼

From the start, you could feel this isn’t just another development. There’s real intention behind it…
creating a community that gets kids outside, off screens, and actually connected.

Hearing David Vitek, President of Candlelight Homes, share his “why” and vision…then stick around to run the final game (fully in character 😏)…that kind of leadership shows up in the details…and more importantly, in the experience my buyers have. 🙏🏼🖤

And speaking of experience…a personal call from their VP, Ty Brooks (fellow Realtor, class of 2004 👏), thanking me for bringing my clients to their community as their newest buyers? That’s rare, next-level respect for the agent-client relationship…and it doesn’t go unnoticed. 🙏🏼🖤

Spring in Herriman just does something to me…and not in a “cute for a season” kind of way. 🖤

I’ve watched this place evolve. What used to be farmland is now a thriving community…and I’ve raised my boys here for nearly 25 years through all of it. So when everything starts waking up again…especially this year…it hits a little different. Maybe even a little sweeter.

Our Summit Sotheby’s International Realty family came together for our annual Day of Giving, and this year we were able to donate over $34,000 to 10 incredible local nonprofits.

Carlye grew up in the Holladay and Sandy areas and has been raising her little family with her husband in Herriman since 2001. Carlye has been servicing clients throughout the Salt Lake, Tooele, Utah & Davis Counties since 2004.

In 2018, she and her family made a big move. (Well, 4 to be exact.) Relocating from the home they built, loved and lived in for 17 years surrounded by neighbors who had become family to a new home that better serves today’s needs of her family, Carlye can relate to the challenges of selling, searching for and building that perfect home. “Moving is not easy, but I can help make the process as smooth and fun as possible,” says Carlye, “because in the midst of change and challenges, we rise into the beautiful humans we are destined to be, as long as we keep moving forward in faith.” Carlye is currently obtaining her Real Estate Broker’s license.
