Soft staging can help, but not every room needs it.

In Sandy, Pepperwood, Alpine, and Holladay homes, I use it where it helps buyers read the space faster.
• Great room if it feels too empty in photos
• Primary suite if it needs warmth
• Dining area if an open plan needs clearer flow
• Office or flex room if use is unclear
• Skip rooms with strong views, custom built-ins, or furnishings that already fit

The smoothest plan usually starts with the dates. Your closing date, move-out date, a possible rent-back, and a little overlap can give you options instead of last-minute pressure.

In Draper, Sandy, and nearby foothill neighborhoods, I like to map this out early so the contract supports the move, not the other way around.
