Since 1995 Leslie as an owner/builder has participated in numerous projects employing the Best and Highest use concept, including, but not limited to, commercial rezones, commercial and residential remodels, investment condo and singe-family sales, subdivision infrastructure design, and implementation, 1031 exchanges, new single family residential construction. As an owner/builder/designer she has constructed several single-family residences and duplexes along the Wasatch Front, Park City, and surrounding areas. Leslie is excited to share the 'Tricks of the Trade' with her clients. Her claim that she can talk to anyone is backed by a Communications Degree from University of California at San Diego. Leslie is an enthusiast and carries her competitive edge into her personal life where she actively pursues her passions for horses, skiing, swimming, and climbing in the canyons along the Wasatch and Uinta ranges. Leslie looks forward to sharing her experience with her clients to enrich their understanding and satisfaction of homeownership and real estate investing. Leslie also enjoys family time and presently resides at a small ranch she designed and built at the base of the Uinta National Forest, just east of Park City.
