Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. and does require local travel for property visits with mileage reimbursement. The duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation and success of the company. Our office supports all property managers and employees at our 30+ locations through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Training will be provided to help familiarize you with our company’s concepts, practices, and procedures. The perfect candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and email and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
