This celebration is extra special.

We’ve been blessed to work with this amazing family since they were engaged, after her parents first referred them to us. Since then, we’ve been through 3 homes, 4 kids, and a whole lot of life together!

And now they’ve found their dream home.

A huge lot, a barn, and multiple outbuildings with room for their business, their pets, and everything they’ve been working toward, all right in the heart of the city and in the area they already know and love.

Watching our clients move through different seasons of life and helping them find the right home for each one is one of our favorite parts of what we do.

Congratulations to this wonderful family on such an exciting next chapter! We couldn’t be happier for you!

Sometimes the best real estate relationships start in the most unexpected ways.

Tricia first met Kasey when she called his company for some repair work. He showed up, they started talking real estate, and before long, Kasey and Kaylee became not only clients, but friends.

When it was time for their next move, we went to work for them! Ashley helped them find a terrific move-up home with the space their family needed. And instead of selling their townhome, they decided to keep it as a rental.

Now they’re settling into their new family home while building equity in two properties at the same time.

Congratulations, Kasey and Kaylee! We’re so excited for your family and grateful we got to be part of this next chapter!

One of the biggest misconceptions in real estate is that settlement and closing are the same thing.

They're not!

Settlement is when you sign your documents at the title company and provide any funds needed to complete your purchase.

Closing happens later, after the lender has funded the loan and the property has officially recorded in the buyer's name.

It may seem like a small difference, but understanding the timeline affects things like possession, utility transfer and more!
