In May, West Jordan posted 107 sold homes, up from 106 last year (UtahRealEstate.com via Best Utah Real Estate).

The average sold price hit $580,000, up 4.61% year over year (UtahRealEstate.com via Best Utah Real Estate).

Average days on market rose to 67 days, compared with 56 days last May, which means buyers have more time to make smart moves (UtahRealEstate.com via Best Utah Real Estate).
