In preparation of travel to a new destination, we spend a lot of time looking for locations that will become home. Not the luxuries or service of resort life, but looking for a temporary home the way we would shop for a new home in the permanent sense. Accommodations where lifestyle (specific to each destination) is accessible and the unique and local flavor of a destination is less diluted by the influence of tourism.
Our last trip we had was to Curaçao... so far, the most successful and wonderful home away from home.

ARE YOU "WAITING"? PLEASE CONSIDER:
For every 1% in rate drop 5 million more people enter the buying market. Now is the time to buy... then potentially, refinance later.
The slow down in sales is due to low inventory and not lack of people wanting to buy. As soon as rates drop, buyers that are “waiting” are going to pay more for the home then if they just did it now (due to the increased competition!).
