If you are lucky enough to love a dog, you know who is actually lucky! Six years ago this pup came into our lives! Bodhi is both the most infuriating, stubborn, floof, but he is also the most loyal and loving creature. If you know me, you know I lLOVE dogs .I especially love this guy. 150lbs of pure love ! Dogs make a house a home.. Happy Birthday to my Bobo! Who protects us from coyotes and butterflies alike !!

Although some of the ice has melted. It’s still treacherous outside. Here in Texas , we don’t have the equipment or systems in place for this type of weather. Please stay off the roads..

CONGRATULATIONS to the Dripping Springs High School Band on placing 9th in The Grand National Championships in Indianapolis, IN.
108 teams from across the country competed in this competition and this is the first time in Dripping Springs history that our band placed in the Top Ten !! WAY to GO!!

This is a glimpse into the life of a military family. Although I am a realtor, THIS is the family business. My husband served our country faithfully and selflessly for almost 28 years. He then passed the baton to our oldest , Alexa and her husband, Nick who both honorably serve. We will always be thankful for the sacrifice and service of our servicemembers.. Happy Veterans Day to all who serve…FREEDOM ISNT FREE!

Congrats to our Dripping Springs Football team. The Tigers had a HISTORIC win over Westlake. 45-35 last night at Westlake. This secures Dripping with a home playoff game next week... Way to go Tigers 🎉🎉🎉

When we say the military is a family business, we aren’t kidding. Service members aren’t the only ones who serve. For years spouses of active duty have given up their own careers to support the mission. Most military “BRATS” ( a term used for children of active duty service members) have been to multiple elementary, middle and hIgh schools. Dueto their parents service to our nation.They haven’t had the opportunity to establish roots in one place. Yet they seem to grow into the most well adjusted adults. Few Know sacrifice like military families. Let’s take a second to honor them all.
