And depending on who you listen to, they’re either an economic win or the beginning of the end for the Hill Country.

The truth is more complicated.

Water use, electricity demand, noise, infrastructure, and where these massive facilities are being built are all legitimate questions but some of the claims floating around online need a little context too.
