There’s a moment when a house stops being a property and starts feeling like YOUR HOME.

I’ve felt it myself with homes my husband and I have bought, and even with a historic hotel we once bought in Taos NM. It really was love at first sight.

Of course, buying a home requires strategy, numbers, inspections, financing and due diligence.

I believe deeply in all of that.

But I also believe in intuition. Energy. Inner guidance.
