My name is Kim Cabato and I am a newly licensed real estate broker. I went to Narrows view elementary school, Curtis Jr High School and eventually settled at DuPont where my family bought a home. I spent my four years of high-school at Steilacoom High and graduate

d in 2010. I acquired my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology (Pre-Med) from Trinity University of Asia on July 2018. I’ve done medical internships at the Philippine Red Cross – Quezon City Chapter as well as at our University Medical and Dental unit. I've also done volunteer work for the Philippine Red Cross by helping set up and clean up at Mass Blood Donations (Blood Drives). After graduating college, I got a job as an auto-claims adjustor for Statefarm Mutual Auto Insurance where I learned how to provide remarkable customer service while maintaining high standards of professional conduct and achieving positive claim outcomes. I’ve always been interested in houses which led me to venture out and look into real estate as a career. During the Pandemic/lock-down, I spent my time completing the required class hours in order to become a real estate broker. I took and passed the real estate broker licensing examination on July 7, 2021 - and here we are! I hope to provide you with the best service and with help and guidance from my team, I hope to assist you in reaching your goals and find your dream home.

Good morning Snohomish. A picture is worth a thousand words. We emphasize the importance of closing your bedroom doors when you go to sleep. Even these cheap six panel hollow core doors will buy you time in a fire. Look at how no smoke or heat made it into the bedroom. Now look in the hallway! Also look where the most damage is… Up high. This is why we preach to get down low if you have smoke or fire in your home. Practice that home escape plan and close Before You Doze! Change your batteries in your smoke detectors. Be safe Snohomish!
