My name is Kim Cabato and I am a newly licensed real estate broker. I went to Narrows view elementary school, Curtis Jr High School and eventually settled at DuPont where my family bought a home. I spent my four years of high-school at Steilacoom High and graduated in 2010. I acquired my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology (Pre-Med) from Trinity University of Asia on July 2018. I’ve done medical internships at the Philippine Red Cross – Quezon City Chapter as well as at our University Medical and Dental unit. I've also done volunteer work for the Philippine Red Cross by helping set up and clean up at Mass Blood Donations (Blood Drives). After graduating college, I got a job as an auto-claims adjustor for Statefarm Mutual Auto Insurance where I learned how to provide remarkable customer service while maintaining high standards of professional conduct and achieving positive claim outcomes. I’ve always been interested in houses which led me to venture out and look into real estate as a career. During the Pandemic/lock-down, I spent my time completing the required class hours in order to become a real estate broker. I took and passed the real estate broker licensing examination on July 7, 2021 - and here we are!
