It doesn’t have to be about ruthlessness—despite what Daniel Day-Lewis’s iconic line in There Will Be Blood might suggest.
Sometimes, it’s simply about recognizing leverage. Understanding when timing, infrastructure, and market momentum quietly stack in your favor.

The combination of natural beauty and human ambition is something that has always resonated with me—whether in history, leadership, or commercial real estate.
