As a Westside Dublin resident and real estate agent, I get asked by home buyers what I like about the Westside.
Here we go:
If Westside Dublin, CA, were a person, they’d be a vibrant, family-oriented professional in their prime, balancing a polished suburban charm with a touch of cosmopolitan flair. Picture someone in their mid-30s, dressed in smart-casual attire—think crisp chinos and a tailored blazer—exuding warmth and approachability. They’re the type who greets you with a genuine smile, always ready to recommend a great local spot for dinner or a scenic trail for a weekend hike.
Westside Dublin is well-educated, likely holding a degree or two, and works in a high-tech field, reflecting the area’s affluent, executive-heavy demographic. They’re proud of their top-tier schools, like Dublin High, which they’ll boast about with stats like its 98% graduation rate. Their home is a stylish mix of modern and Colonial Revival architecture, meticulously maintained with a manicured lawn and a backyard perfect for hosting barbecues under the gaze of Mt. Diablo’s rolling hills.
This person is active, often seen jogging near Dublin Hills Regional Park or grabbing groceries at the nearby Dublin Place shopping plaza, where they’re just as likely to crave Burmese from Burma! Burma! as they are to pick up sushi or Mexican. They’re connected, zipping to the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART station for a quick commute, and they value convenience—everything from Target to upscale Stoneridge Shopping Center is just a short drive away.
Westside Dublin is diverse, speaking English primarily but peppering conversations with phrases in Chinese, Spanish, or even Urdu, reflecting the neighborhood’s rich cultural tapestry (45.3% of residents identify as Asian). They’re wealthy but grounded, with a median home price of $1.8 million, driving a sleek Mercedes or Tesla, yet they’re just as happy chatting about local gardening services or dog-friendly parks. Safety and cleanliness are their hallmarks, making them a trusted friend to families and pet owners alike.
Above all, Westside Dublin is welcoming and community-driven, always organizing neighborhood events or volunteering, with a quiet pride in their peaceful, walkable streets shaded by mature trees. They’re the kind of person you’d want as a neighbor—reliable, cultured, and always up for a good time, whether it’s a casual coffee run or a lively dinner party.
If you are considering buying or selling on the Westside of Dublin - I would like to help. Refer you friends, family members or work associates - they will be taken care of.
