Home Watch Columbus of Galena, Ohio, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the sixth year.
Owner Susan Briggs, a native Ohioan and proud graduate of The Ohio State University, introduced central Ohio to the Home Watch industry after seeing repeated social media requests from “snowbirds” seeking reliable local services. With Ohio ranking among the top states from which snowbirds migrate, she combined her property management background and entrepreneurial spirit to fill an unmet need for central Ohio homeowners.
Susan has earned the Certified Home Watch Professional designation from the NHWA, placing her among the industry’s elite and demonstrating her commitment to excellence. She serves on the NHWA’s Membership Committee and is the Communications Lead for the Women in Home Watch group, supporting and advancing women in the profession.
Whether clients own a second home or are away for extended periods, Susan ensures each property is properly maintained inside and out, treating every home as if it were her own. Her attention to detail, dependable communication, and follow-through reflect the trust her clients place in her to protect their largest asset.
Susan is also a licensed Ohio Realtor and Property Manager in Columbus, managing a diverse portfolio of investment properties for local and out-of-state owners.
Home Watch Columbus serves Westerville, Galena, Dublin, New Albany, Upper Arlington, Worthington, and Grandview.
