Here's How We Can Help:
The GAR Disaster Relief Fund is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to:
- Current dues-paying GAR members or employees
- Those who have suffered damage to their home or business

Additionally, GAR may provide support to local boards and associations working to deliver critical supplies and aid to affected communities.

Georgia lawmakers have passed the "Property Owners' Bill of Rights Act," a sweeping HOA reform bill headed to Gov. Brian Kemp's desk. The legislation requires HOAs to register annually with the secretary of state and submit financial information, with associations that fail to comply barred from collecting fines or initiating foreclosures. The bill also caps certain fees, strengthens notice requirements, and creates a formal dispute resolution process for homeowners.
