🥂 So happy for my sellers (and friends)! This beauty sold with multiple over-asking offers - which is no surprise really. When they approached me about potentially selling, and what it could potentially sell for, I told them if you do nothing, here’s what it would sell for… but if you do these things, here’s what THAT could get you. “It’s choose your own adventure,” I told them. They decided they wanted to Go For It and that they did. Some painting (some of it statement painting, some of it touch-up painting), some new flooring in strategic places, a shower glow-up… and we got ✨above✨ what I predicted those changes would bring in.
