Interest rates should NOT stop you from buying a home in 2023.
If you want to buy a home, you need to look past interest rates.
The longer you wait to buy a home, the longer you miss out on building equity and appreciation in your property.
You can refinance in the future when rates are lower, but you can’t go back in time and build appreciation. Instead, play the long game and pay attention to how your property is an investment in your future.
