IS YOUR WATER HEATER SAFE!!!!!

No clamp to bond the conductors to the water heater can cause the wires damage. Closer look reveals a FIRE/LIFE SAFETY HAZARD. If you have work that is going to be performed let ION Inspections make sure its safe after the repair.

GET A FOLLOW UP INSPECTION!!!! These were the professional repairs that the sellers had performed. The attachment hardware was incorrect. The post was shimmed at the bottom. The bolts are driven through the gap between the post and shim. On a large deck 12 feet above the ground.......... you want the best build practice, not get er done repairs. Get a licensed contractor to do the work. Get me to make sure they did it right.

Post repair re-inspections/individual system inspections are much cheaper than a full inspection. Post repair inspections protect your hard earned investment.

The walls were covered in seller property. The outside had repairs that covered damages. Upon further investigation we found that there was wood destroying organism signs inside the home.
