🌞We love celebrating the incredible team that makes The Coventry Senior Living such a special place!

Last week, they hosted a Staff Appreciation Picnic to recognize their hardworking team members with an afternoon full of food, fun, and friendly competition. Everyone enjoyed a delicious cookout, tested their skills in a life-sized game of Candyland, cheered each other on during a Fruit by the Foot eating contest, and shared plenty of laughs along the way.

To top it all off, team members used their Coventry Bucks—earned for going above and beyond—to bid on exciting prizes during a special auction.

It was a beautiful afternoon and a small way to say thank you for the compassion, dedication, and enthusiasm the team brings to residents every single day. We truly appreciate all that you do!

👨‍🍳 As National Culinary Arts Month comes to a close, we're proud to recognize a few of the incredible members of our culinary team and celebrate the outstanding work they do every day across Continental Senior Communities.

Behind every meal is a dedicated team committed to creating delicious, nutritious dining experiences that our residents look forward to. From fresh (sometimes home-grown) ingredients and thoughtful menus to offering a variety of choices, our culinary professionals understand that great food is an important part of living well.

More than just meals, they create opportunities for celebration around the table—helping make every day a little more enjoyable for the residents we are honored to serve.

🇺🇸 Throwing it back to a memorable Fourth of July across Continental Senior Communities!

From festive cookouts and patriotic crafts to lively parades and friendly games, our communities came together to celebrate Independence Day in red, white, and blue style. It was especially wonderful to welcome so many friends and family members who joined us for the festivities and helped make the celebrations even more meaningful.

Moments like these bring generations together, strengthen connections, and remind us that some of life's best celebrations are shared with those we care about most.

👨‍🍳 It's Culinary Arts Month, so let's meet the Chef behind so many of the delicious meals at Cherry Blossom Senior Living—Chef Andrew!

With more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, Chef Andrew has worked his way from lead grill cook to executive chef, spending over a decade at Milestone 229 in downtown Columbus before bringing his talents to Cherry Blossom.

Cooking is truly a family passion. His wife, Sarah, is also a chef and serves as a Culinary Director within the company. While Andrew enjoys creating dishes from many different cuisines, he has a special appreciation for Asian and Mediterranean flavors.

When he's not in the kitchen, Andrew describes himself as a "41-year-old kid" who loves collecting comics and traveling with Sarah. They recently returned from Italy, where they explored several regions, sampled incredible cuisine, and brought home new recipes and inspiration. 🍽️

One of the many joys of summer at Continental Senior Communities is seeing our outdoor spaces come to life!

As the weather warms up, residents love spending time outside planting flowers, vegetables, and herbs in our gardens and planters. From colorful blooms that brighten our courtyards to fresh herbs and vegetables that can be enjoyed in our communities, these gardening projects are a favorite seasonal activity.

Beyond beautifying our campuses, gardening offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the sunshine, stay active, socialize with friends, and take pride in watching something grow. We can't wait to see all of our gardens flourish throughout the season! 🌿🌷🍅

While our residents love spending time in our communities, they also enjoy exploring everything their local areas have to offer. Every week, we facilitate outings to restaurants, shops, museums, sporting events, and other local attractions, giving residents opportunities to try new things and enjoy a change of scenery.
