Since joining the Highgrove team in February as an Activities Assistant, Susie has already made a meaningful impact through her warmth, creativity, and dedication to resident engagement. A 2024 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a B.A. in Communication Studies, she helps create the welcoming and vibrant environment that makes Highgrove feel like home.

Located in Lexington, Kentucky, Highgrove offers personalized support, engaging daily programming, and compassionate care designed to foster connection and enhance the quality of life for residents and families alike.

Brittany has been a valued member of the Highgrove team for more than seven years, most recently serving as Business Office Manager. During her time with us, she also successfully completed the Executive Director-in-Training program—demonstrating her dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence in senior living.
