🚨 Rental Scam Alert 🚨

There has been an increase in rental scams lately, so please be extra cautious before sending anyone money.

⚠️ Watch for these red flags:
• They ask you to pay before you've visited the property.
• They pressure you to send money immediately.
• They request payment through Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, gift cards, or over the phone.
• The rent seems too good to be true.
• They refuse to meet in person or let you tour the property.
• The listing contains incorrect contact information or suspicious details.

**Important: Curry ONLY accepts security deposit payments in person at our office. We will NEVER ask you to pay a deposit over the phone or through an unofficial payment method.

🛑 If you see a listing claiming to be a Curry rental and you're instructed to pay over the phone, STOP. It's a scam.

If you're ever unsure, contact our office directly to verify the listing before making any payment.
