A major milestone is taking shape at the Microporous advanced manufacturing facility in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. 🏗️

Project precast concrete wall er****on is now underway with the structural steel starting at the end of the month, marking an exciting step forward in the project’s construction.

Crawford Hoying is serving as developer and project manager for Microporous and is leading the delivery of their first phase: a new 391,000 SF building including manufacturing, clean and dry rooms, labs, offices and other support spaces.

Meet the people behind Crawford Hoying. This month, we're highlighting Hope Conner, Human Resources Business Partner.

Hope joined Crawford Hoying in February 2026 and oversees the organization's benefits administration, compensation planning and leave management programs.

With over a decade of dedicated human resources experience, Hope brings expertise in managing comprehensive benefit programs, 401(k) plan administration, regulatory compliance and process optimization. A graduate of Otterbein University, she plays a vital role in enhancing employee care, streamlining HR operations and supporting Crawford Hoying’s growing workforce.
