A new piece of artwork has emerged in the Short North Arts District. 🎨

Inspired by the neighborhood’s iconic 1990s Mona Lisa mural, local artist Miss Birdy created “She Moves in Color” as a contemporary tribute to the original Short North landmark.

You can view the mural at our mixed-use building located at 800 North High Street.

Matthew Starr, Executive Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and Leasing, and Zachary Graham, Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and Leasing, served as jurors as students presented development proposals for a site near Bridge Park.

Bristol Republic, the Columbus-based restaurant known for its Southern-inspired menu, live music and Nashville atmosphere, is coming to Bridge Park Summer 2026.

Located at 4495 Bridge Park Avenue, the new space will feature two concepts under one roof: Bristol Republic and The Saddle Club, a cocktail lounge experience.
