Welcome to Bridge Park, Rocket Fizz 🍬

This nostalgic soda and candy shop opened its doors today at 4482 Bridge Park Avenue, bringing a one-of-a-kind shopping experience filled with international sweets, specialty beverages and unique gifts to downtown Dublin.

Rocket Fizz will offer an extensive selection of bottled sodas from around the world, including classic favorites, small-batch craft sodas and fun, novelty flavors. Guests will also find an assortment of nostalgic and hard-to-find candies, retro toys, collectibles and more.

The new addition further expands Bridge Park's retail offerings, creating another destination for families, residents and visitors to explore while enjoying the neighborhood’s restaurants, entertainment and community events.

Meet the people behind Crawford Hoying. This month, we're highlighting Matt Comer, Senior Vice President of Accounting.

Matt joined Crawford Hoying in October 2025 and oversees the company's corporate and property accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax and treasury functions.

With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Matt brings expertise in both public and corporate accounting across commercial and residential real estate. As a CPA, he plays an important role in supporting the financial strength and long-term success of Crawford Hoying's portfolio.

This year's Pelotonia jersey celebrates 10 years of Bridge Park, one of Crawford Hoying's most recognizable mixed-use developments. Featuring a line map of the community with topographical details on the sleeves and back pocket, the design reflects Crawford Hoying's ability to transform the communities it touches.

We’re happy to share that the 2026 Celebrity Bartender event raised more than $3,700 to support Team Crawford Hoying + Brackett Builders, Inc.’s ride in Pelotonia. Every dollar raised helps fund innovative cancer research, bringing us one step closer to a world without cancer.

This year’s event surpassed last year’s total by more than $1,000, making it the most successful fundraising event in our team’s history.
