Last month we celebrated a great week and an even greater team! 🎉 Our 4th Annual Family Picnic capped off our first-ever Spirit Week, filled with fun themes like Throwback '80s (to when T&R Properties was founded), daily gifts of appreciation, and plenty of employee camaraderie. We ended the week at Cumberland Trail Golf Club with food, music, raffle prizes, and a Christmas in July celebration.

Thank you to our employees, their families and guests, and our vendor partners for making this tradition so special. Here's to another great year together!

We've officially broken ground on an exciting new development in Etna Township, OH. This project, titled Highpointe, will include numerous retail outlots, approximately 450 multi-family apartment units, and 400 single-family residences.

This dynamic, 220-acre mixed-use development is located at the northeastern quadrant of I-70 and State Route 310, between I-70 and U.S. Route 40.

Official groundbreaking took place with RJ Sabatino of T&R Properties, Etna Township Trustee John Carlisle, Fiscal Officer Jackie Cotugno, and Trustee Gary Burkholder (pictured left to right).

What a perfect day at Cumberland Trail Golf Club this Wednesday! Our team soaked up the sunshine and celebrated together at our 3rd Annual Family Picnic!

We enjoyed a day full of fun with yard games, delicious BBQ, live music by Brad Moore, amazing raffle prizes from our generous partners, and even a surprise visit from Santa Claus to bring our team some Christmas Spirit in July!
