Hey Residents,

Welcome To Tutorial Tuesday!

Here we will be giving a tutorial on how to put in a service request via the Loft Living portal when you need maintenance work done in your unit!

Here’s a pretty simple and easy step on how to put in a service request and how to select the categories to make sure you are putting in your service request to where maintenance can understand what’s going on in your unit.

Please reach out to the office for any further questions regarding putting in a service requests or access to the Loft Living portal and we will be happy to assist you further!

Sorry for the late post everyone!

Thank you for everyone who came and participated in our Multi-site Christmas party for the residents! We appreciate everyone who came out and enjoyed their time!

We enjoyed seeing all of our residents bond and have conversations and it was truly a great sight to see! We enjoyed everyone’s company and positive energy and hope to have more resident events like this in the future!
