Some closings just hit different 🤍

I met Jennifer at an open house back in February 2024, and what started as a plan to buy in Hilliard turned into a long game that led us exactly where we were meant to be. When plans shifted, she made the brave decision to pivot to new-build construction in Galloway and on Friday, she officially closed on her very first home.

As a single mom, this has been a lifelong dream for Jennifer…to create a place of her own for her and her daughter, Sophia. Watching her step into homeownership with so much strength, patience, and determination has been incredibly meaningful.

These are the stories that remind me why I love what I do. Congratulations, Jennifer & Sophia! Home just in time for the holidays 🏡✨🎄

I’m so excited for my wonderful clients who are officially under contract at Clover Run with Centex Homes in Galloway, Ohio! 🏡

We searched high and low in their preferred Hilliard area but kept running into tough competition — all-cash offers and bids $30K–$40K over asking. After some thoughtful conversations, we pivoted to explore neighboring Galloway, where we found a fantastic move-in-ready new build that checked all the boxes — and still offered a strong value at a more approachable price point.

Can’t wait to watch their brand-new Crisfield floor plan come to life, with a closing set for November! A huge thanks to Jordan Spencer with Centex for being an amazing partner throughout this process. 🎉

Closed + Keys in Hand! 🏡✨

This one is extra sweet because these first-time buyers stayed the course. We first connected about a year ago, and they patiently waited to align their home purchase with the end of their lease—smart timing! ⏳🗓️

After losing out on a couple homes early on, they stayed resilient, focused, and flexible about location, ultimately landing in Grove City with the perfect starter home. 📍❤️

And the best part? They walked away from the closing table with $500 in their pocket. 💰

Exciting news! 🎉 My first-time homebuyers are officially under contract 🏡 in Grove City! After a long search and some moments of discouragement, they stayed flexible, trusted the process, and made it happen—just in time before their lease was up! ⏳ Huge thanks to my amazing lender 🙌 for helping us get creative with the offer. Can’t wait to share more when we close! 🔑✨

I’m also slowly introducing some minimal Easter decor to subtly transition into spring without overdoing it. It’s all about small changes that make a big impact! Closing day for these amazing first-time homebuyers! 🏡✨

They were referred to me and from the start, I knew this would be a fun journey. We explored everything—existing homes, building from scratch, and on-market new construction—before landing on the perfect fit: a beautiful Fischer Homes new build.

What made their process so smooth? They were clear on their ideal location and super decisive (a rare combo in this market!). Over two full weekends, we toured a ton of options, narrowing it down until everything clicked.

Exciting updates from today’s Fall 2024 Economic Development Strategic Plan and Envision Dublin! Agents from the team attended and were thrilled to hear about the Reimagine Metro Center project, which will transform the area into a vibrant, walkable community where you can live, work, and enjoy. Plans include new housing types, multi-family rentals followed by for-sale properties, plus green spaces, high-quality restaurants, retail, and a unique sense of place. Dublin’s future is looking bright!
