The lines on my face, the bald head, the gray beard are all visual cues to memories that have brought me to this point in my journey. Phil Kelly - on Fox 28 - made a joke ann be out the days when reporters stood in front of the post office on April 15. Those days may be gone, but City Hall in Delaware was the place to be this afternoon. Everyone dropping off those lovely taxes. So did you wait til the last minute to file your taxes?

Chilling at the mother-in-law’s house when a severe thunderstorm warning came up and “boom” it was on us. “When my daffodils were lying flat, I figured it was time to go to the basement.” My mother-in-law said. Then minutes later it was gone.

We did the Carlisle Elementary Career Fair on Monday. It was a great day to meet the kids and give them an idea of what it means to buy and sell a home. It was a lot of fun and really enjoyed our time.

After watching an oversized truck - with a lead car - go straight through the $1M+ warning system and into the can opener. I'm left to wonder if something like this would work in Delaware ...

America has low bridges that trucks cannot fit under, causing costly crashes. Delaware has a fun solution by strapping boat fenders to poles.
