They prayed for a year, even leading their own small group study of the book, before deciding on real estate. Mike wrapped up his consulting work and immediately began real estate classes, launching their new venture in 2003. Lorie worked alongside him in those early years and obtained her own license in January 2006. For nearly two decades, Lorie and Mike navigated the highs and lows of the housing market, including the 2008 crash, all while raising three children and trusting God to provide.
