Third stop: District 3: Lakeside!
As you might have noticed, Lakeside used to be where I worked with Coldwell Banker Realty but I recently changed brokerage company to Redfin.
Lakeside is still in my opinion the Best Side!

Here is a quick look at the inventory or how I affectionately call it "Homes looking for a new life partner" as of 8/18/20:

Let's take 2 from District 3:
1) Inventory: Low but great for Single Family Homes buyers/sellers
2) Location: Close to everything- under 15 miles to the SFO and under 11 miles to SF Financial district and added bonus for plenty of parking spaces

Second stop, District 2: Sunset!
As the name pertains this area is filled with sun and great place to shop/eat especially on Irving Street.

Here is a quick look at the inventory or how I affectionately call it "Homes looking for a new life partner" as of 8/11/20:

13-Condo/TIC/Coop/Loft

Let's take 2 from District 2:
1) Inventory: Low but great for Single Family Homes buyers/sellers
2) Location: Easy commute to downtown or heading down further to South Bay with various Tech Shuttle like Genentech, Inc., Apple Inc., and Google LLC.,

Lastly, Yes you guessed correctly it is dog or that fuzzy slobber ball! For the exact number please read the article!

New Series: I am excited to share a 10-week series of SF Housing Market Report done in an informative/ interesting manner.

First stop, District 1: Richmond!
Richmond is a well-known residential area with plenty of great restaurants to eat and parks to explore as we all remain social distancing like the Golden Gate Park, Lands End, Lincoln Park, and Ocean Beach.

Here is a quick look at the inventory or how I affectionately call it "Homes looking for a new life partner" as of 8/4/20:

21-Condo/TIC/Coop/Loft

Let's take 2 from District 1:
1) Inventory: Low but plenty of options for 2-4 units for an investment property
2) Location: Great for young professionals and families who want to stay in the city but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Lastly, I will end each post with a riddle for next week's fun fact: I have four legs, I like following commands but with a treat, I have been called Fido but I have other names as well. What am I?
