I first met Debbie and Don through Kaila, and I couldn't be more grateful for the introduction. From our very first conversation with Debbie, two of her adult daughters and her son-in-law, I knew helping them find a home was going to be a lot of fun.

I'm not sure I've ever laughed so much during a buyer consultation, home showings, and even a closing. They are truly some of the nicest people you'll ever meet, and getting to know their family has been one of the highlights of my year.

After much research to determine the best fit, they found the perfect home. This one checked all the boxes. And as if that wasn't enough, it backs up to a pond, making it even more special.

Making a move from New York to Ohio is a big change, but I have no doubt they're going to love it here.

Debbie and Don, thank you for trusting me to help with this important move. I'm excited because I feel like I've gained some new friends along the way. Welcome to Ohio! ❤️

I've known Nick since he was in middle school, so it means a lot that he thought of me when it was time to sell his home and start looking for another one. Bonus, I also got to meet Kaila along the way.

Selling a home can be bittersweet, but it's also exciting when you know it means you're taking that next step. Today we handed over the keys to their home, and tomorrow we'll start looking for the next one.

Sometimes the best decision is to buy a home that fits your needs and budget today, build equity, and use that home as a stepping stone to the next one. I applaud Nick because he understood the power of buying his FIRST home and allowed that home to help as he moves onto his next home.

Nick and Kaila, thank you for putting your trust in me. I truly appreciate the opportunity to help you through this process. I'm excited to see what the future holds for you both and look forward to helping you find the perfect place to call home.
