Most sellers think if their home doesn’t sell, it’s just the market.
But that’s not usually the full story.
I met with a seller recently who had their home on the market last fall with no success.
The home itself wasn’t the issue.
It was how it was presented.
So here’s what we’re doing differently this time:
• addressing a basement concern that made buyers hesitate
• bringing in a stager to guide layout and add the right pieces
• cleaning up the landscaping to improve first impressions
Nothing extreme.
Just removing the things that make buyers pause.
That’s often the difference between sitting… and selling.
If you’ve tried before and it didn’t work, it doesn’t always mean starting over.
Sometimes it’s just about adjusting the approach.
