● Megan has 18 years of experience in real estate, selling first in Arizona (1998-2009), Illinois and Wisconsin (2018-current) and Iowa (2015-current), specializing in luxury, relocation, residential, vacation homes and commercial real estate. Megan also has 9 years of experience working in organizational management and corporate sales for the technology, airline, and pharmaceutical industries.
● In 2018 opened the first Keller Williams in Dubuque (Now located in Asbury), incubating under the Cedar Rapids Legacy Group, with 250 agents. In 2025, opened a new Red Tree Realty team office, powered by Real Broker, LLC.

Megan is a Dubuque native. After graduating from Wahlert in 1989, move to Minnesota to attend the University of St. Thomas, receiving BA in Marketing and Business Management. Later moving to Phoenix to attend graduate school and live near other family members. Megan spent many years in corporate America working for Sanofi-Aventis, Cartegraph, America West Airlines and Accuity. In 2011, after living in Chicago, Megan returned to Dubuque. Currently living in Dubuque County, Iowa with husband, six children (empty nest) and two dogs. Megan’s Red Tree Realty team shares a building with husband’s business, EyeDeal Optical.
