I proudly serve as a board member for both the Women’s Leadership Network and Mom’s Connect, and I’m an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity as part of the Home Selection Committee. Within the East Central Iowa Association of REALTORS®, I stay involved through the MLS Committee, Community Involvement Committee, and the Legislative Committee. I also serve as a Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, helping support and welcome local businesses. Giving back and staying engaged is not just part of my career — it’s part of who I am.

August was a busy month🏡

The buyers and sellers I had the privilege of helping this month (you know who you are 😉) are some truly amazing people, and I’m so grateful to have been a small part of each of your moving journeys.

There were the buyers who had been searching for three years for the perfect home, a buyer beginning a new chapter and looking for a fresh start, and buyers who were ready to find their “forever” home after many, many moves.

I also helped sellers who were saying goodbye to a home they had loved for 28 years and one who have lived in her home for over 35 years, sellers moving closer to their grandchildren, and sellers relocating to Texas for exciting new job opportunities.

Every move has a story and every reason for moving is different. No matter what brought you to this next chapter, I am so grateful you trusted me to be a part of it. Thank you😘

Congrats to the cutest family on the planet (pups included🐾) who are the new owners of the cutest house in the neighborhood🏡. Chad & Marissa have been looking for "the one" for 3 years!! Needless to say, they knew what they wanted and weren't willing to settle.

Best of luck to your sweet, kind, FUN family ❤️ as you begin this next chapter. I am blessed to have been a part of this journey and will miss our weekly (lately🤣 daily) texts that make me laugh out loud 🤣.
