You won’t find the massive beach homes, but smaller cottages and homes that welcome those looking to get a way and some full-time residents. You’ll see what makes Sound Sea special, a family-friendly village and the charm of The Mist a Spot, a classic Cape Cod home with the sweet dormers and so close to the beach you can hear the ocean. In 2020-2021, we’ve taken on a complete overhaul of our home and more to come. These include new, luxury vinyl plank flooring, a beach-inspired paint scheme and new/vintage furnishings throughout… you’ll see, I kinda have a thing for a “chippy dresser”! The first and second floor bathroom have been updated with ship-lap walls or ceilings, tile flooring, modern vanities, and bath fixtures. The kitchen has been refreshed with painted cabinets and open shelving. The second level features a king master bedroom and another bedroom with double twin beds, and the bottom level features an additional two queen bedrooms as well. The 2021 summer season at The Mist a Spot will be highlighted with additional outside “living space” and amenities to extend your time outside with friends and family to grill dinner, nights by the fire pit and lounge areas under the home. There’re more improvements planned, keeping checking back as we continue this labor of love, we hope you love it too.
