The remains of a once stately cypress tree sits in front of a wall of trees on a foggy October morning.

For this image, I had a vision in my mind about what I wanted to capture, it just took quite a bit of searching to find the right scene. I chose to center the stump so that it appeared as if all the other trees were mourning the loss. Luckily the water was glassy to help with the reflection. I hope you like it!

They are friends, and they love each other. 🥰
The black-neck dog (Husky) lives in a house down the road. Every day he escapes from his yard to go down the street to visit his little friend and play with him. But when the entrance was closed, he just came, hugged his friend tight, and left, but never tried to cross that fence.
And we call them just animals.

I miss my big brother. I loved when he knew how much I loved him and he would make sure he and Wayne would always phone me on my birthday!!! That met and still means the world to me ♥️ I really miss him. When I was just a little tike he would steal me away from Mother (she knew it was Daniel ) . He would take me to the country club pool and the city pool so I could have fun but I think he loved the attention. I miss him so so very much. I also thought he was a very cool “James Dean“. I kept trying to show him that, but I think I missed something when I lived away in California for so many years. I thought and still do think my brother was pretty dang cool but I get a lot of flack for that. I truly have always loved my siblings and had/have the utmost respect for each one of them!!!!
