Big Congratulations to my client for closing on her new home here in Georgia! During the final walkthrough we were visited by a beautiful cardinal who was sitting on the bush in the front of the house when my she arrived and then again when we were walking in the backyard. She believes that was her husband who had passed away a few years prior.
