Congratulations to my clients! They are taking advantage of this market as it is right now. Some consumers are currently afraid of this market as a result of the higher but statistically normal interest rates. The current state of the market is only known by you. What I'm trying to say is that if you can afford the down payment, closing costs, and a somewhat larger mortgage payment and you've found the house you can't live without, it's time to buy.
