Congratulations to Jeremy and Kelli for selling their old house and for purchasing their new home! 💯💖🏠🥳

Jeremy sent me this awesome picture, the evening before closing day, and captioned it with “SOLD sign is on fire tonight!” We love it!

Jeremy and Kelli were our first set of clients that hired us, after door knocking their neighborhood. We are very blessed they gave us a shot at selling their house and helping them purchase a new one. They were very sweet and easy going. It’s didn’t take long for us to consider them as friends. We appreciate all of the thoughtful comments they gave us. They mentioned using us again in the future. We can’t wait to work with them again.

3. Door knocking the neighborhood and asking neighbors “who do you know that you would like to have live by you?” and inviting them to the open house. We also ask them to bring potential buyers and let them know that lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided.
