Bass at the Bells was one for the books! 🎶✨ Thank you to everyone who joined us on the Old Main steps of the new Zenith DCHS Apartments for an unforgettable night of music, lights, and energy in the heart of downtown. From food trucks and vendors to live DJs and dancing under the clock tower, this first annual festival set the tone for many more to come.

This year, Saturday Properties is celebrating 10 years in business-and we’re marking the milestone in a meaningful way. From September 23-26, our lead team will bike from the Saturday Properties Home Office to our newest community, Revelry in Madison.
This year, we ride in honor of Tighe Rogers-a son, brother, friend, teammate, and bright light to everyone who knew him. Tighe lost his brave battle with glioblastoma in 2025, but his kindness, humor, strength, and generosity live on.
To help carry forward the good he brought into the world, we’re raising funds for Tough Like Tighe. Please consider donating through the link in our bio.
