Guests love the simplicity, ease, luxury and convenience of The Intrepid, an independent Airbnb-style boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Duluth. It's the best of both worlds: there's a simple self check-in process at this property (no front desk), yet staff are available to help and located at our nearby sister property Force on Fifth Avenue should you have any questions or need any assistance. Suites are large, clean, and comfortable. Parking is available as an option for a slight optional and additional fee, yet isn't automatically included in case you don't need it. Each suites has beautiful views - some of Lake Superior, some of downtown Duluth.
These are all among the many reasons why guests love staying at The Intrepid, and why Travel + Leisure named it one of the very best places to stay while visiting Duluth, MN. It's also why we continue to be at or near 100% occupancy weekend after weekend. This week and weekend, we're already completely full Tuesday through Sunday. We do have a few limited suites available during the week next week, and while we're full next Friday and Sunday we have one or two rooms available Saturday night as of now.
