It's been a snowy two days, but the steps and driveway are always cleared promptly here at Janssen Properties. Our holiday peacock is a little snow-covered, but has been happily perched atop our porch. The power is on and hopefully he'll be all lit up tonight.

Spring is finally here. A few perennials are blooming and growing in the yard, and last summer's dirt has been replaced with a new, safer sidewalk and steps. Other than that, not much has changed here. Our apartments are fully rented, but we will update this page if a vacancy opens up.

The city is putting in some new utilities. It's a little hectic right now, but it will be awesome when it's all done!
