It’s move-in weekend at many colleges and universities AND at Arrowpointe Medical Center in Duluth, MN, where we’re excited to be welcoming our newest tenant to the building! The custom buildout and construction of Suite 110 is now completed with a new tenant opening their doors this upcoming week. Suite 111 is also getting a new tenant and they’ll begin their buildout within the next month and plan to be open in early 2027.
