The sound of hammering echos throughout the sky. New construction is everywhere. If you are interested in purchasing a new home, DON'T go it alone. You need an agent on your side. Once you view a property without informing them you have an agent or better yet having one, preferably ME with you, they will encourage you to write an offer before someone else gets the house of your dreams. The onsite agent ALWAYS represents the builder. They can work with you as a customer, but not a client. You need an agent to represent you and ensure you get the proper protection!
