My name is Amy Bourdeau and I have been a licensed real estate agent for over 17 years. I recently earned my Real Estate Broker's license in 2017 and started my own brokerage, BlueStone Realty, LLC. I provide representation for both buyers and sellers in real estate in the Duluth, MN area. I've called Duluth home my entire life and I love it here. I am the mother of 3 children who attend the Duluth Public Schools. One is in High School, one in Middle School, and one in Elementary. I am very knowledgeable and invested in our town and schools! I also have extensive experience in renovating properties as I also have been buying and renovating homes for 15 years through my other company, Blackflint, LLC. Congrats to Katie! The correct answer to the “where am I now” picture that I posted earlier is 7west Taphouse. We had several correct answers and Katie won the drawing for a $25 gift card to 7 West. They have delicious burgers, tacos, apps, and so much more. I’m a big fan of their bloodies as well! Menu will be in comments.

Where in the Duluth area am I??? (Little harder photo this week)

Week #2- let’s have some fun! If you think you know, comment below. I’ll check back at 7pm CST and anyone with correct guesses- I’ll do a random drawing for a $25 gift card to this establishment!

Couple of rules:

1)You must follow this page to be put in the drawing.
2) Employees of said place, or anyone who was with me today are not qualified. Lol! (On your honor, folks. This is just meant to be fun!).
