Such great people! They were moving from AZ to GA and it was an amazing journey from Conyers to Lawrenceville and a few places in between before finding their ideal home. It was an honor to help them make a HUGE life transition into multi-generational living.

Now they have a water view, greenery and actual trees plus shopping and ALL the things right around the corner. Im so blessed and grateful in their trust throughout the process. Cheers 🥂 and welcome to GA!

Many buyers on the fence right now, thinking should be try to beat the spring rush and maybe rates will lower... many are also likely thinking that lower rate will save them $300-$500 per month. Mortgage rates have already dropped into the upper 5s twice this year. But after just a few days, they ticked back up into the low 6% range.
